In under two years, 18-year old Carlie Hanson has made her way from working at a McDonalds drive thru in a small Wisconsin town to becoming a full-fledged artist and songwriter that has graced the pages of iconic fashion magazines CR Fashion Book and Remix Magazine. She has self-released four vibrant breakout tracks which have a collective 60 million-plus streams. Her viral hit "Only One" is prominently featured on Apple Music's A-List Pop Playlist as well as an Apple Music Playlist curated by Taylor Swift and Spotify's Today's Top Hits. Hanson released her debut music video for the song earlier this year, which was directed by directing duo Similar But Different (Dani Girdwood and Charlotte Fassler) with an all-female crew. The video accrued hundreds of thousands of views in just a few weeks and garnered attention from Sirius Hits 1 radio station on SiriusXM.
After performing at several notable US festivals this summer including Bumbershoot in Seattle and Summerfest in Milwaukee, Hanson embarked on a successful tour with Jeremy Zucker and most recently opened for pop superstar Troye Sivan on his fall "Bloom Tour." At the top of 2019, she will make her European/UK debut opening for YUNGBLUD, and will be joining Gnash for select dates for "the broken hearts club tour."
